FAQ's: Reshapes, Returns & More

Can I bring in any hat to be reshaped?

We specialize in creasing hats that are open and flat. Much like an artist, it is easier to start with a blank canvas than changing someone else's work. During the weekdays (Tuesday-Friday), we offer minimal reshape adjustments ranging in price. We do not take reshapes on the weekends as wait times can be long and we like to reserve our customization experience for customers who are buying their hats with us in the store.
    

How long does it take to come in and get a new hat?

We do everything here with a special attention to detail and quality, so wait times vary depending on the day. Weekdays are typically slower where we are able to walk customers through the hat process more thoroughly than the weekends. With that said, weekend wait times range from 30 minutes to sometimes an hour. Come with a good attitude, and a bit of patience and we will get you squared away with your favorite hat!
 

What brand of hats do you carry?

We are selective about our product to ensure we carry the best quality hats. We carry American Hat Co., Rodeo King, JW Brooks, and our Double R Hat House brand. Here at Double R, we want to provide the 'cowboy quality' standard we hold at a high importance. If we carry it, we believe that it meets our standards, and will also meet yours.
 

Can I speak to Emilio?

As we've grown as a business, there are more brands in the fire resulting into a more dispersed workload for our team. We have a highly trained and capable staff that is very knowledgable about all of the product here. With three full time hat shapers and a strong supportive staff, anyone in store is capable of assisting you with your hat experience.

Do you do sponsorships/donations?

 We love supporting our community and customers anyway we can. As far as right now, we are not searching for sponsorships. This may be something we consider in the future, but as of now, if you have any questions about sponsorships or donations, feel free to come into the shop with information that we can pass along or review.
   

Can I return a hat that I ordered?

All of our hats are stocked open & flat, sold hand shaped. We ask that customers be sure of their size and shape upon check out. Once shaped we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
